How to purchase pre-order items?
Pre-order product pages clearly state the approximate factory release date. Simply place your order if the timeline works for you—we’ll ship items in the order they were received once stock arrives.
Can I get a refund if I no longer want a pre-order item?
For pre-order products, you can request a full refund for any reason as long as the item hasn’t shipped. We’ll process the refund to your original payment method.

What should I do if you lower the price after I successfully place an order for pre-sale?
Regarding pre-order items currently available, if we reduce the price after you complete your pre-order, we will definitely refund the price difference.
